Control equipment: fine adjustment
In the field of control equipment, Beveja is once again your versatile partner. Beveja control equipment makes it easy to program the ventilator in various modes. On this page we would like to give you some idea of the many options available.
Thyristor (continuously variable) control.
Electronic regulators with temperature sensor.
Supplied in 7A, 12A and 16A. Suitable for our S-Vent ventilators.
Electronic regulators with automatic control.
The electronic regulators of this MFC series regulate the speed of mono-phase (230 Vac-50 Hz) adjustable-voltage motors by varying the voltage to the motor according to the values of the multifunctional inputs (Ai1 or AI2). These inputs may be temperature sensors (PT500) or other types of sensor with a 0-10 V or 0-20 mA output (pressure, CO2, air humidity, light).
It is possible to connect this device to a BMS interface (building management system) or use analogue voltage (0-10 V) to switch it on and off remotely There is a rotary switch for selecting the operating mode. Depending on the mode, the regulator will program the inputs such as temperature or analogue inputs automatically.
- 230 Vac - 50/60 Hz - from 1.5 to 10 A
- Continuously adjustable.
- Adjustable maximum and minimum speeds using trimmer.
- Various program choices/modes can be selected using the switch.
Switches and sensors
MTV-1/010
Potentiometer mounted in an IP44 splash-proof casing. Can be mounted internally or externally. The MTV-1/010 is designed to regulate the speed of ventilators with an EC motor. The potentiometer requires a power supply of 230 Vac and sends a continuously variable output signal of 0-10 Vdc.
- Power supply 230 Vac
- Output signal: 0-10 Vdc <0.5 Ohm (max. 12 mA)
- Synthetic casing exterior: ASA, RAL 9010 ivory white, interior: polyamide in accordance with IEC 60335.
